Gallery Wall One - Old Masters & French Impressionists
During my life of drawing and painting, I incorporated 9 years of studying 'Old Masters' in Brisbane with highly acclaimed artist and portrait painter Pir Tareen. Copying some of my favourite paintings by Rembrandt and Renoir was an invaluable experience in technique and training the eye for detail as well as the fascination of the history and knowledge of the Artists of centuries ago.
I have received many commissions over the years to copy 'old favourites' for customers in New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia.
